Ephesians 6:10-12
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rules of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Happy Monday Ladies!
Thank you, Lord for starting the week with these encouraging words: "Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power." Just what I need to start the busy week. We always love the armor of God verses in our house. We have a fabulous CD called singing the Word A-Z. There is a memory verse for each letter of the alphabet. Letter P is Put on the full armor of God and goes on to sing every piece of armor. The kids get all their "kight" armor on and dance around the room singing at the top of their lungs. SO MUCH FUN!!! I'm telling you ladies, homeschooling can be so much fun and silly. Like educational playtime. Sometimes I feel guilty having this much fun with my kids. Like I'm cheating the system or something. :)
Today we are off to a field trip to Fryeburg Academy for a special presentation of their International Day--just for us homeschoolers. Should be fun. Maybe we can brush up on our preschool level Chinese. :)
Blessings
Sonja
Hope you and the kids have fun today Sonja!
Lord help me to be strong against all the struggles, temptations and allurement of the world. Our christian walk is not easy. Satan is very powerful and cunning. There is no armor that can protect us but only the armor of God.
I know for all of us we have very busy lives and that I can always tell when I am rushing too much. Many things just don't seem to go right, then when I reflect at the end of the day I usually realize that on the haste of the morning I didn't put on my full armor of God.
Lord please help me and all of us be reminded to put on your full armor each and everyday, especially when we are busy . You will help us through those days and protect us and give us strength.
